Happy to hear everyone is OK.
Insurance will pay for the barrier damage up to the limits of your coverage.

Heck of a way to solve the electrical issues you were having. Kinda like swatting flies with a sledgehammer.

We're home! Thanks to all the wonderful friend who gave us and our enormous quantities of luggage everywhere, and the the friend who left a truck in the drive so we can get to school etc tomorrow here's hoping the Windstar gets it's fuel pump/whatever fixed without further delay and further expense than estimated......

(For thos who don't know the geography, we were 5 hours North of home in a pretty remote part of the country.)
