An insulated mug filled with;
4 ice cubes 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp. instant coffee 1 pkt splenda 2 shots of milk fill with ice cold water, stir, drink then stay out of the way. This is my go to drink of choice when work needs doing and I'm short on time.
