another shameless lend a hand thread

My husband and I have a friend who is doing a survey as a part of her dissertation for her doctorate, and she is looking for as many people as possible to take it. You dooo have to be 18 (it's not pg rated)
I thought I would completely embarrass her and make it available to all of you!

Seriously though, this is one smart woman (albeit younger & cuter than me.. damn it), and she would really appreciate the input.
She does play devil's advocate a lot, so don't assume that she's asking a silly question just to be silly.

Wolf - I think you might be working in a similar field? I'm pretty sure that in the description of the survey she describes what she does.

Thanks everyone!!

Here's the link

PS - after my husband and I finished the survey we both felt fat, gay & jiggly when we run. hahaha

Done, but I'm not sure I like how some of the questions were structured.

Troubleshooter - I agree.
Some of the questions seemed a bit off, however, knowing Angela as well as I do, I'm 100% sure she was aware that people would feel that way.

Crazy psych students... always messin' with us!

Thanks for doing the survey!

Yeah I did it too. As a skinny heterosexual with decent self-esteem, there were a lot of questions that didn't really fit me at all. I wanted to skip some questions after I had already made a choice, but I couldn't remove my choice, just change it to another one.

This is done. I answered them all, and like the others have reported, many were inapplicable, but got the closest answer anyway.

As a yo-yo dieter in the fat phase I'm not sure whether my contradictory opinions will help. Also I admire the female form but was "persuaded" twice into threesomes that hurt me emotionally (fool me once shame on you etc). So the sexual orientation questions were hard to answer.

I'll pass it on to people I think will answer sensibly as I assume numbers are important.

The parallels between us amaze me.

Took it -- I felt like I was contradicting myself on some of the questions, though. Do I sometimes feel bad about myself? yeah. Do I usually feel good about myself? yeah. Do I need to lose some weight around the middle? yeah. Do I feel self-conscious about being in a locker room? not really.

I caught myself worrying about the fact that my love handles make my boxers fold over at the top. Am I gay?

Quick side story -- last night, my friend/bandmate and I had to go to Walmart to get batteries, a toilet seat, and some chapstick. That was the gayest I've felt in a long time.

You should see the video, though.

A friend of a friend is a doctor. He claims to have pulled so much garbage out of asses that every child born should be tattooed above the anus: "Exit Only".

What's a fagula?

Oh god now I am going to have to google it, just in case it's something like the goatse thing.

mrnoodle - that sounds just like my husband and his friend Wayne. A few months back they were out shopping together, pushing a baby stroller & talking about houses, kids, cooking...etc.

Very gay.

Anyhoo - thank you all for taking the survey!
