9/7/2004: Shirtless protest



Interesting protest is an IotD thing, and we've had a lot of naked protest before. This is similar. These students are protesting in front of the Philippine Justice Deparment in Manila, to protest the new policy of fining any men who go shirtless in public, as part of the city's urban renewal program.
