But wait, look over on the left. It’s so rough because the light is at the proper angle to show some depth while the rest of the surface looks relatively flat. Then Andrew McCarthy a California astrophotographer said I can fix that by photographing each crater, each detail, when the light shows it best. That is correct in theory, however it’s bitch to do. I like it. I wonder about the color of the soil. Getting that right has got to be a pain.
