Oh speaking of P-38s. I was at this campout a few years back. It's a gay event, an annual thing, though not as gay as you might expect, since it's a campout in the state park. There are, however, a disproportionate amount of RVs being brought in.
Anyway, that year it was a "military" theme, so they had a contest to see if any of us queens could operate a P-38, with predictably hilarious results. I think a couple actually managed it. |

A P-38 is a strictly solo instrument. Although I suppose if you wanted to share the work, one could grip the cylinder and the other could work the top until it comes off. I can see that. :giggle:
