Americans and Hong Kongers aren't the only ones being harassed, it happens in Canada too.
This guy is riding along in his pick-up not bothering anyone just towing his trailer. Suddenly the Ontario Provincial Police pull him over and ticket him. I don't know if there was anything in the 53 foot trailer.
