Down with flu

hello there
I have been having flu since the last couple of days
I wanted to take medication like relenza but am afraid to try it since I am also an asthmatic patient
Am I doing the right thing
Can I then resort to natural remedies to cure my flu

make sure you drink plenty of fluids, take tylenol and get plenty of rest. if your vomiting i suggest saltine crackers. nibble on them, don't chow down on them. and no, you cannot use relenza or tamiflu. take vitamine C and sip on orange juice as well. you can also get some chicken soup too. hope you get to feeling better and welcome to the cellar!

Anybody else find it strange that an anti-viral is using viral marketing?

Why would anyone market something that there's no possible way they are going to be able to make enough of in the first place?

maybe new registrants should have to take "the quiz" BEFORE they're granted access to post. we would just need to come to concensus on which questions to ask, and some way of permanentlt displaying their answers for all to see and refer to later.

might lend an air of exclusivity....if everyone's in the club, it's not worth joining.

or not.

the 1st post of this thread was posted by someone employed by Relenza. they must have a 'ground swell' marketing strategy. ie, joining various influential and uber-hip message boards and attempting to generate discussion about their product in order to create awareness of them.

On one hand, it's interesting that this medium gets that kind of respect, on the other it sucks my ass.

Clodfobble was very astute, imo, in sniffing it out. I had a vague feeling about it, but she posted her comment before it had even coalesced in my mind. UT exressed his dissapointment in not catching the spammer. now that we've replied, he prolly won;t delete the thread like he would ordinarilly. it takes more work than many of us appreciate to keep a forum clean from this kind of thing, it would seem. we should send him money in thanks for his constant effort. just make sure you tell him who gave you the idea, so i can collect a commission. nyuk nyuk nyuk.

Ok, thanks for answering. I have another question.....HOW did you know the person was employed by Relizon? Because they asked about relenza??

Forgive me for the stupid questions.

damn where's my head? i thought because of the "great grammar" of the postee that it was another RDC infiltration. fuck it. i'm going to go play Texas Hold'em at my local watering hole and concentrate on the heineken and Jägermeister. i don't fly for a couple weeks so i can afford a hang over. all the more reason for eggs over easy, toast and snausages in the morning. late.
