Health Forum

We don't normally talk a whole hell of a lot about health issues...usually they come up as secondary in other conversations. But if a health forum is created, we might discuss health issues more often, and whole discussions might revolve solely around them.

What say the Dwellars?

Forum overload is imminent. Opinions are plentiful.

This is forum overload.

I don't think Cellar is at critical mass when it comes to forums...yet. We're a diverse group of peeps...it's only natural to add forums, as they're an expression of our diversity.

That is extraordinarily scary.

Especially considering that despite the extent of forum sprawl they STILL need a separate forum to deal with "off topic posts." AND a team of moderators.

Some of the forums are faily dormant as it is, Sports, Food, Parenting and Cities all go though noteable periods of silence though certainly parenting has probably encouraged a few threads on the topic.

There is some interesting stuff around, an article on Soy stuff that wolf linked to somewhere caught my attention for example.

Sure, why not? Nothing was ever gained by excluding topics and if it doesn't interest you, skip it.

Then, I have another suggestion, could be possibly have the forums in more distinct categories. I went under Entertainment and posted a reply and when I got the email notification, it said that it was under Food and Drink. This suggestion is solely for clarity purposes. If all of you don't want to do this, don't worry about it. I'm the new guy, I don't know what's what.

If you combined health and sexuality you could keep LJ somewhat contained... just a thought...
