And what are we doing this fine Sunday?

I've been drinking Bailey's and coffee since noon...I have a pretty decent buzz going. At the moment, I'm waiting for Rho to get back with my Turkey Bacon Guacamole sandwich from Quizno's.

What's everyone else doing?

At the moment, I'm looking at apartments. Rho and I are looking to cut overhead and might make a move in September.

The testosterone laden males that I work with have been watching "Soap Opera for Men" (tm), aka Wrestling for months. Every Monday night and Thursday night, at 8pm, the tv behind me blares with the latest drama.

One Sunday a month, the phones go insane because people can't order the event. (Usually, this is because they havent paid their bill in 3 months. These are the same people that have the nerve to get pissed off at me because I can't "make the box work". Dumbasses.)

So this is the "Wrestling" Sunday. All new and different types of rednecks are on my phone wanting to order it. $49.95 to watch bad actors fake beat up other bad actors.

*sigh*

Depressing OnxyCougar

Beautiful weather here so down by the lake sipping coffees for most of the day with copies of the economist, few camera rags, few moterbike rags an old canon loaded with Tri-X and a Romeo Y Julieta No2.

There are times I love my life.

Hey zippy you should archive the pr0n on a CD to save it... I mean, it's the neighborly thing to do!! Besides, blackmail opportunities....

I'm just hanging out... the kids are both at friends' houses, Mrs. Dallas is practicing her piano.

Edit: I forgot to ask, zippy, what did your neighbors do for you that you're going to such heroic lengths?? The only one I'll put out that kind of effort for is my dad.

Buzz is now gone. The Turkey Bacon Guac sandwich was excellent. I should finish the laundry now.

The sun is finally out after a couple of days of rain here in the "sunny" Rockies. I'm planting flowers and watching the humming birds at my feeder. This evening I'm having dinner with an elderly admirer. Well, back to it.

e-chores? What's that? Cleaning your email? defragging your hard disk?

I've decided the May Day motif is old now, so I'm putting up something for Litha. I'll snap a pic and post it.

edit: Um...I just wanted you guys to know I use purple staples, too.

I'd be disappointed to hear otherwise.

Well....its 45 minutes into the witching hour. I just got through watching a comedy video and drinking red wine with Ma...she's gone home, I have the house to myself and an early start tomorrow...now would probably be a good time to sleep....so naturally I thought I would log in here.

Today was one of those rarities in Yorkshire, a gorgeous sunny day. Spent much of it wandering about the calder valley with Pilau(my bearded collie dog) Found an excellent spot up on the ridge to sit and look out across the valley with a very long joint in one hand and a book about Anglo Saxon England in t'other....Dog lay across my feet panting .....very relaxing.
