Now its not a meaningless question
To ask if theyve been and gone
I remember a talk about north
Carolina and a strange, strange pond
You see the sides were like glass
In the thick of a forest without a road
And if any mans hands ever made that land
Then I think it wouldve showed

I didn't know Guatemala is in Iraq!
I think my little joke went right over quite a few heads. "Mass" is also a noun that can be used interchangeably with "matter". A "weapon of mass destruction" could also be a fancy name for a disintegrator ray.

That cavern could have been washing away for a long time before the roof caved in. The making of that cavern may of been what caused sewer problems not long before the cave in. It's amazing how much soil water can move in a short time. After all the Grand Canyon was carved out in just a couple years.

After seeing that, I doubt I am going to use the phrase, "I wish the ground would open up a hole and let me jump in", when I am embarrassed again!
That is just...staggering!

So, 65 million years after the asteroid did in the dinosaurs, it is still wreaking havoc by doing in random animals ... including people.
