coconut macaroon recipes-- do you have them?

Has anyone have a coconut macaroon recipe which they actually know works?

I can google them, but wondered if anyone ever makes these things?

Not a one. Allergic to coconut. I can ask around at work, see if anybody does have a recipe they're willing to stand behind.

If all else fails, try the King Arthur Flour site.

To be more nearly correct I should say the scent of coconut does not please my olfactory sense. Or newfactory sense either.
