Not a new concept.

The SS blood group tattoo was applied, in theory, to all Waffen-SS members, except members of the British Free Corps. It was a small black ink tattoo located on the underside of the left arm, usually near the armpit.
Putting the tattoo on the underside of the upper arm protected it from damage. In theory, you would only lose the tattoo if you lost your entire left arm.

The Russian Army has a different view.

The guidelines, which cover all aspects of military life, are quoted as saying that tattoos may indicate a "low cultural and educational level" and "possible sexual deviations".

A young man who allows himself to be tattooed may be inclined to "submit to the will of others", they warn.
No wonder they lost the Cold War.

No - not woodstock - lol

Got a pic! The flash is kind of blocking out one of the stars, but still pretty good shot. Very new, so there is still some red spots where there aren't gonna be any

Thanks

It was morphed into something artistic, but the main idea is that the blue is the symbol of my zodiac sun sign (Aquarius) and the constellation is my moon sign (cancer). The really cool thing is that aqua blue is a color of Aquarius and he already wanted to add it there.

It was originally going to be a sky type theme. Night sky on the left with the constellation and the symbol where it is and rays on the right. Originally he said he would do rays all around to make it more balanced. Then, when I went in, he got rid of the night sky completely, but not the moon. I still loved it. Plus, it was smaller which was more feasible for a first time.

Honestly, really glad I put the trust in the artist

Where is it bro?

Slight comedy aside from my appointment the other week. I was asked many questions regarding my health including the ubiquitous questions re drug use and whether I have shared a needle. No.

Then asked if I have ever had a tattoo.
Yes
Where did you have it?
On my back.

No, he wanted to check it was in a registered tattoo parlour

That is amazing. Well done. Such bright colors, and then blending, and then the wild detail of lines drawn without ink. I've never seen anything like it!

Very unBritish and uncouth questin: How much did it cost? I think it's amazing how far tattoo technology has come in a generation.
