Mea Culpa Bush

Man, I had these guys all wrong... I had only heard two songs and just assumed they were just an angsty, but talented, pop band (would be emo now) and really wrote them off. Just not my thing.
However, my wife likes them and I purchased a two disc set for her the other day as a love gift. On it are some videos, as a film student I can deal with any music to see some good or bad work just to learn something with no fucking commercials or neophyte VJs... so I popped it in.
I was wrong about this band, though they do have some popish tendencies at times (the songs I mentioned) they can actually rock and write some real lyrics... oh, kudos on whomever they keep hiring on their videos as well.
Now, I'm not going to chuck-out my Ramones, AC/DC or Black Label Society, but for a band that can get played on today's radio I was very pleasantly surprised.

I tried Stained and was severely disappointed with the lyrics.

Got a new black leather case for my Zen... it is beautiful, but makes me want to be more careful with it.
