June 1st, 2012 Monkey See Monkey Poo
Not an animal but a beautiful Monkey Orchid. It is extremely rare,
beautiful and precious and is found in Ecuador, South America. The Monkey orchid (Orchis simia) is an orchid species of the Orchis genus. It is known for its pungent odor, which some[who?] say is similar to that of feces[ all I could find about it on Wiki Seemed perfect for IOTD .. Sorry this is early but I am tired and cannot wait and hey its June 1st somewhere

Would look lovely in a salad.
Even more lovelier than chilled monkey brains.
