I read the book before the film came out.
Not snobbery, just chance (recommended by a friend).

The film was seminal for Danny Boyle, but could never be a patch on the book.
Much of it is written in dialect though.
It's very well written, moving, powerful. But if you can't hear the accents in your head it might turn you off. Buy a 2nd hand DVD - with subtitles - and enjoy.

Soz - back to the game.

X - X Files
aka some shit with bees.

What does the asterisk say for Z? Because that Z starts with Legend

Yeah, you're right, and people complained about it. Especially in light of National Lampoon's Animal House, when a lot of us would have just called it Animal House.

I'm honestly having trouble reading what it says but I THINK it says *in slovenia.

I'm not kidding! In fact I'm pretty sure.

I found a candidate simply looking for a picture.
But I have never heard of Yellow Labrador Retrievers and I hope it isn't that.

I'd rather it was something I kicked myself over.
Well, not as in kicked until I fell over.
Just kicked. And maybe missed.

Can you wait til tomorrow to play again?
I understand if not.
PURE SELFISHNESS. Going to bed(room) in 30 mins tops.

There are 3 more decades, and I may not be able to do much from work tomorrow, as I'll be waiting on students, probably. I'll do the 60s one tonight...then you'll be here for 80s and 2000?

It's not Yellow Labs.

Don't fret about timezones, that's the way the Cellar rolls.
I was lucky to catch two games and have loved them. Any more would be gravy.

But the 60's one would be least missed definitely!

Am very glad to be wrong re random lame sounding movie Yellow Labs.
It sounds like a science-geek-water-sports-porno
(personal snicker at how rude I am)

@ Sundae, that's why I'll do 60s tonight...I thought you'd be more interested in the other two anyway.

I might hand off responsibility on the other two anyway, I am back up tomorrow at work and I work Sat Morning. Bleh.

UNLESS I GET MY SNOW DAY!

Don't hand over responsibility!
These are very much your games.
You found them, you posted them, we loved them.
Hold them up your sleeve til you have time. Even if that's next January. Although I might have to kill you by then.

Delayed gratification is rare and tantalising!
(which is why the Cellar adores games of this sort)
