eh? It's a site-layout text map, not a graphical one, if that's what you mean.

No, they're all there. Sub-pages are marked with >--->, and depending on how your browser interprets cellar.org's php, you may need to scroll down inside the Code: box.

I went back and edited the markup to add some clarity. Hope that'll help.

Use a mirror to read the quotes on pages 1 and 2. The third page is easily read. I have no idea what they mean though. =/

"Cursed, cursed creator! Why did I live? Why, in that instant, did I not extinguish the spark of existence which you had so wantonly bestowed?"
-Frankenstein, chapter 16?

Did I request thee, Maker, from my clay
To mould me man? Did I solicit thee
From darkness to promote me?
--John Milton (1608-1674), Paradise Lost (1667)

Can't find the other page.
As for order I'm sure it's:
http://thisisnotporn.com/DM/inthedar...4/Moluccas.htm
http://thisisnotporn.com/DM/inthedarkness/4/Plutarch's%20lives.htm
http://thisisnotporn.com/DM/inthedar...f%20Werter.htm

After all the text in the background can become:
'There's something really abnormal about you, you know'

Isn't that familiar...Woo hoo:
Another DDD reference.

Hope this somewhat helps.
