What are people using to make screen shots? I use MS OneNote, but not many people have that.

No, the Cellar has a size limit.

The jpeg image can't exceed 1600x1600 pixels and 175 kB.

This one had to be reduced from 2944 x 1200 to 1024 x 768. It's not very clear.
