9/29/2002: No Guerra

"Unclear on the concept" is how I personally would describe these anti-war protesters doing their thing in Madrid. (Their sign says "no war", right, translators?)

I'd do a chick with a bomb-bikini and sunglasses. Especially if she was from Madrid. :)

Sigh...

Please, please don't try to say that "Latinas" have anything in common w/ people from Madrid besides a common root language...

Sigh...

Please, please remember that Spaniards came over to these parts about 500 years back and did some mating (among other things). Hence, I'd say it's incredibly likely that some Latinas and some people in Madrid DO have something in common besides the Spanish language--ancestry.

Glad we could clear the air on that.

Now then, to remove any further assumptions, Juju brought up doing chicks from Madrid which brought up Spain which brought up the Spanish language which made me think of my ex-fiance who is a Latina which made me think of how much I love Latinas. *drools*

¿Entiendes? Bueno.

Yep, the two arms/two legs/DNA stuff is in common too. My point was that Spanish language != Spanish people. Should people refer to us as British, then.

Of course, and how silly of me to not realize all that train of thought, from reading "do a chick... from Madrid" and its follow-up "make love to a latina". Instead it seemed you were making the same mistake as everyone who refers to "the Spanish singer, Shakira."

Chill out, Vegeta. Most of us who have been around long enough know about Mimi and blah blah blah and etc etc etc. You didn't, and so you didn't follow the train of thought, and that's okay. Then he explained it to you, so now you know. Yay!
