Ohhh....I just went through a watched some old vids in this thread. Couldn't watch 'em when they were posted as old laptop didnt do youtube. That one of Bush 'singing' Sunday, Bloody Sunday is awesome.

Hmmmm, if that's real, it's very irresponsible teaching. The student looks fit but it's obviously the first time she has attempted the move and it uses a number of different muscle groups.

Sorry, am still working on the shoulder stand in Yoga so it's a touchy subject.
