You know what, I was convinced I'd had a death this year.
I think I thought I had Michael Foot.

But yes - can I confirm I was in no way responsible for Norman Wisdom's death and asking for points to be allocated before the death was officially announced is in no way sinister...

I actually liked the series "Manimal":

LONDON (AP) - British actor Simon MacCorkindale, who starred in the BBC series "Casualty" and the U.S. soap opera "Falcon Crest," has died of cancer at age 58.
Publicist Max Clifford said MacCorkindale died Thursday of bowel cancer in a London clinic.

MacCorkindale appeared in 59 episodes of "Falcon Crest" from 1984 to 1986 as womanizing lawyer Greg Reardon, and took the lead in the short-lived U.S. drama series "Manimal." In Britain, he appeared in the long-running hospital drama "Casualty" as consultant Harry Harper from 2002 to 2007.

He played Capt. Georg von Trapp in "The Sound of Music" on stage in London in 2008-2009.

MacCorkindale's first marriage to Fiona Fullerton ended in divorce. He is survived by his second wife and fellow actor, Susan George. He had no children.

Anybody have Tom Bosley on their list?

I liked him. I saw him on Broadway as Belle's father in "Beauty and the Beast".
