I come back because
I enjoy reading MrNoodle’s explanation about terrorism and how other people react, Brianna and xoxoxoBruce’s sense of humor, Marichiko’s opinion, and all the others I forget…
I can defend French fries against US empire and improve my English / US slang.

And because all the database belongs to me (it’s written )

Lookout123 : I’m not a doctor, only just a former sick person that acupuncture helped a lot (scoliosis, other spinal column problems, stiff neck, allergy, sinusitis…). This medicine has a completely different logic than official one. Before I had to swallow a lot of drugs and now none, it removed everything. If it can help you ?…

In France it’s not well regulated. Some acupuncturists can get their diploma in 2 years despite it needs 10 years to be a good professional. So we must inquire for choosing a good one.

I know there’s a meridian called “Triple warmer” (French translation) that is responsible of body heat. Coming from each annular, he follows the arms, shoulders, neck, around ears and finally reach side of eyes.
When it’s not working well, it can also be linked with hurt in shoulder, cry without reason.
Emotionally it’s linked with tenderness, friendship, feeling state and deep understanding of events of the life. (you can ask him questions about such event like if for example one of his friend had moved away, lost of a pet, a divorce… and make him say what he felt)

I'm here for LJ's cock, and everyone else's cock.
Intelligent, well-spelt cock from across the Atlantic, and Billy's pictures of China.
Cock from a different angle.
It's interesting.
I dream of one day wearing my Cellar T-shirt out somewheres and someone walking up to me and saying ... "You're a dwellar too?! ..."

I found this place through the pic of the day of the girl with two heads. that was years ago, and I have popped back in at least once a week since, just checking out the pic of the day. Then, one day, I discovered so much more here, and just had to join the community. I still haven't made it all the way through the interesting discussions.

That's funny, it should be pretty easy because there are so few.

It's the uninteresting discussions I have a problem with.

I come back for the spelling lessons. I still feel deep gratitude to Wolf for pointing out the difference to me between "lose" and "loose." It has spared me countless moments of embarassment on other boards. Now if she would only help me with my other spelling mistakes...

Hey, Wolf! Would you be my proof reader? Pretty please?

And Lookout, I so hope LL is doing better. I'd be sick for him myself if I could. Hang in there, big guy!

Mari, I will give you the same advice that I give everyone.

Buy a fucking dictionary.

Use it.

That is my amazing, magic secret, revealed for all the world to see.

My advise is similar, but cheaper. Merriam-Webster Online

If it's on the internet, people don't take it as seriously. There is something satisfying about sitting with an eight pound book on your lap, leafing through it to find a variety of treasures other than that which you seek! The experience of directly interacting with a printed dictionary is so very different than using the search engines provided for the online varieties — No, perhaps I didn't actually mean "noodle" or "nodding," and if I need to establish that "frog" is an obscure definition for "paddock" I am totally out of luck.

It means that too? I always thought "frog" was that part in the bottom of a horse's foot

As far as "use the dictionary", uh-uh. That's why God invented Spellcheck, hee, hee. I own 35 dictionaries, swear that's the truth, but they are all Spanish-English. I even have 3 specialized dictionaries which help you translate obscenities, curse words, and abnormal bodily functions used in all Spanish-speaking countries of the world back to English. One of the perqs of the office
