I spanked the monkey at 365 mph. I cheated too.

Drag the hand to the right edge of the screen. Move the mouse outside the browser window and around to the left side (you can't see the cursor, you will have to guesstimate). Bring the cursor back into the window on the left-hand side. Voila.

edit: Just got 673 mph that way.
