Haven't had a chance to say it yet, but congrats, UT! I am one who has always wanted the experience of playing or singing with a band, but never found the right opportunity. I believe you will have a lot of fun with this.

Sadly the Oct 28th gig has been cancelled. Actually there was a scheduling mixup. We think it may be rescheduled.

Who handles the, uh, "management" duties of this band?
I'd hate to think there might be future "mixups" regarding, say, "how much we got paid" or "how much bar tab was comped" . . .

Who manages the venue is the question. Wasn't our mixup.

I know...but were you told this from the venue, or "somebody" else?

I'm sure it's just a mixup. You wouldn't have been hanging out, practicing with these guys, if any of them were shifty crackheads.

It's nothing... Nevermind. I mean, he could say "we have all these great gigs lined up" and then... "well, the venue had a mixup" . . .

If a choice gig was to be lied about it would not be Traxx Sports Pub. Now, if we're not opening and closing for Rev. Bob Levy, Shuli, and Sal the Stockbroker on the 12th of next month, there will be a problem, because that will be a choice gig.

This is about KNOWING you would be rockstars in the real bit of yer brain , and then going through all the phases of still KNOWING you will be rockstars in the non-real part of yer brain , interspersed with REALLY REAL bits . And now you know that you are just banal .

I say the same thing about the book I am REALLY GOING TO WRITE before I am forty . Hey , I am forty three . The thing that amazes me is that I still have a menstrual cycle . Perhaps I should have another child ?

Does Buddug seem especially unhinged this time around? Or, is it just me?

No, it's not you. I think Buddug is a conglomeration of many, many unhinged people...an Everynut, if you will.

I'm also not convinced BuDu is a woman.
