I'm wondering just how many fingers Lola has. Looks like Cthulhu trying to climb up her phone...

My company had a big shindig in the atrium of the Smithsonian American Art Museum a couple weeks back to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
They had red carpet portraits and a silly photo booth with costumes. The pictures just came back from the photographer's today. So here are the wife and me having fun a few weeks ago. |

This was the museum atrium. They did a good job decorating it. And the food and drinks were outstanding. The company has all these small regional offices around the world, and they had tables set up around the atrium serving the local food from those regional offices. So the Boston office table had lobster rolls, the London office table had Fish and Chips and Earl Grey Beefeater martinis, the Palo Alto office had some fresh avocado salad stuff and yummy Napa wines. Reston Virginia had honey baked ham. The various Asian offices had Sushi and other Asian food and sake. You get the idea. It was fun.

Sounds like a good time.
This one time, at a company I worked for, the boss came by one day, and said "Here's a shirt.". Good times, man, good times.

It's an old trick, the bosses provide all those free drinks then decide who to lay off.

Gosh Glatt, hard to decide who is luckier!
You and Mrs Glatt look very good together. How old are you again? You both look about 30. ... just a little party at the SMITHSONIAN... You know, no biggie... Me today. Write up of my trip out elsewhere. It's kinda RFN because I can't post photos from my phone. I was going to go for a standard background one. But Glatt upped the game. He still wins, but this is me on the City Wheel in Bradford City Park. For those who read my West Yorkshire thread - it's spitting distance (oops, sorry) from the pool I took pictures of this time last year when I was there with Dani.

You're too kind.
And remember this is not a contest. Please, no wagering. However if it were a contest, you would win. For consistency, if not subject matter. Great picture! |
