I saw the cover of the Daily News today....

Only in Philadelphia (and perhaps only after a Dallas game) could the mayor's bugging by the FBI be pushed aside for coverage of the football team.

[I have no idea how long that link will work]

Well ... Andy Reid DOES suck as a coach.

Football is more important that politics in Philadlephia, anyway.

Have you ever wondered what people are talking about in Philadelphia?

I'm resurrecting this thread.

I'm leaving for Philly at about 9 am. Kind of last minute. But if anyone wants to say hello, five.one.eight-six.six.nine-eight.nine.nine.two. I'm not sure how busy or bored I'll be...

Five.one.eight is (if I remember correctly) is the American area code shared by north eastern NY State and by Baghdad.

OH. Well, sounds like that first meet-up turned out okay!

My best and oldest friend is coming into town tonight, so we're going to get a bite to eat about 7:30 or so, and then head over to Woody's (gay bar). So, in case you do happen to get bored/unbusy, I'll PM you my cell #. As usual, my fiance and I will leave my friend to his own devices at some point, and head over to our neighborhood pub.
