We eat a LOT of chicken around here.

Even if I die of old age, I probably won't live long enough to actually want chicken again.

Ya got lucky.

90% of my diet is chicken. My ex used to start looking for feathers when he realized just how much chicken I eat. Now that I am looking to put on muscle, I try to get 5 ounces every time I eat it

If only fried chicken was healthy, I would be golden

I've never been able to make oven fried taste as good as regular fried, unfortunately

Yeah, I was gonna say and it's not as good.

Nothing tastes good unless it's killing ya.

I made these for lunch

Quite tasty. I may experiment with the seasoning on the ground meat (turkey is kind of bland) and change the black soy sauce to oyster sauce for a different flavor than all soy.

It's BBQ day today, hooray
Brisket and cole slaw are on their way

Left over New Yawk Strip, and Red Robin onion rings from the frozen foods section at the grocery.

The steak was meh, but the onion rings were great.

Reeeed Robin, yummmmm.

Cooked up a big pot of chili yesterday (froze half for later). That was todays' lunch.

I'm quite pleased with myself. This is the second time I've tried this recipe. The original came from an online site, but I doctored it up a bit according to my own tastes, and both times it turned out GREAT. (So says me and my handyman/tenant dude.)

I may learn how to cook, yet!
