Probably had too much poop and gas that exercise helped relieve. Sorry for my crudeness these days...

Seriously Lola, you are only running at about 24% body fat which is only 2% over what is considered good for a female. You want to talk about fat on a small frame? I'm at 29% and can disguise it fairly easily with the right clothes, but forget short shorts or bathing suits.

Btw, I don't know what your diet is like right now, but consider changing it over to 40 percent of the calories as carbohydrates (fruits and veggies), 30 percent of the calories as protein (lean), and 30 percent of the calories as fat (monounsaturated fats - olive oil and almonds). Ive just recently been trying to get back on this diet. It takes some doing.

WEEK 2 DAY 6

I just wanted to input this real quick in case I don't get a chance to get online again tonight. I jogged 20 mins and did half of the Kenpo exercise because I ran out of time. I also did a 10 min yoga exercise for abs.

My diet is exactly why I'm not losing that much fat. Thanks for the suggestion. I will look into it.

Hihi....thank you! Cheer loudly to help keep me motivated. Luckily you're not sitting there with a piece of chocolate cake.

Duh, I already ate the cake. . . the WHOLE cake. I'm just washing it down with a beer.

Yes, but oh so slowly. That's why I need to change my diet.

Thought I'd add it here so I won't add another post. Not sure if I could get my exercise in. Didn't get to bed til about 6 in the morning. Didn't get the adrenaline rush like last time so I didn't go out for a jog. I felt more alert after I've brushed my teeth and such, but by then, I was already in pjs and lotion on my face so I didn't feel like changing and go jogging. Took less than a minute for me to fall asleep. Woke up around noon but oh so tired. Hmm....rest of the day is busy, so, umm.......

Slowly but surely wins this race...adapt your diet to something you can maintain from now on.

WEEK 3 DAY 2

Jogged 20 mins and did Cardio from P90X. While exercising, I heard Tony said, "This is your second workout if you're doing the lean program." Second workout? I'm following the lean program and this is the only one I'm doing. Have to go back to the fitness guide and see what I'm missing.

I may check out what you suggested to see if it's doable for me. Slowly but surely is good; however, I made a bet with my sister that I'll go down to a 26in waist by the July 4th otherwise I'd have to do her laundry. Umm....I gotta get the fat off fast!

Then just do extreme mental stress, coffee and cigarettes for the rest of the month. Its really the only way for that kind of short term loss.
