Not baked, just refrigerated. I found some recipes that call for whip cream rather than ricotta, but I decided to use ricotta instead.

I think the cocoa powder dusting fooled me into thinking it looked cake like.
 It certainly looks decadent, probably take my blood sugar to record highs.
