Windows Media Player v10.0 with a DivX plugin will play mp4's, though it doesn't like them much. I picked apart the video using SoundForge.
The audio is a slowed and reversed excerpt from the song "Christmastime is Here", most popularly heard in "A Charlie Brown Christmas". I'd say definitely they're the same one, but that I'm not sure that the CBC version is the only one out there. Am I the only one who keeps seeing the gas mask pic and flashing on the three-eyed mask from Tom Clancy games? |
