LMAO.

What the fuck word did I want? Oh, anorexic.

I swear I don't know where my brain is these days. I often feel dizzy and like there is pressure in my head. Then I'll bump into things and have trouble standing up. I was gonna start a thread in health about TUMAHS, but it seemed like a hypochondriac. (I really am worried, but I'm also glad I can use it as an excuse.)

God that was funny.

Anyhoo, also, we tend to feel sorry for the dyslexics, I mean the anorexics. It's like we'll afraid we'll break them with our disdain, like they're weak or something. I gotta say, to deny yourself food like that is anything BUT weak. It's not healthy, but it ain't weak.

Go see a doctor Shaw.

My mum had some symptoms a little like you describe. I think it was something to do with her inner ear.

Yeah, you know, I was thinking about my car accident. I got a pretty good slam to the side of my head...but had x-rays done. It just hasn't seemed right since, but it has escalated the past couple weeks.

My ears FEEL fine, but I think you can have problems without necessarily having pain.

I hope it's something like that. Thanks!

*nods* one of the reasons we were so surprised it was her inner ear was that she had no pain in her ear at all.

Wow! Cut the other compliment out because it was a bridge too far for me - but thank you! The "bra" is actually my hair-dying top. It has orange and pink stains all over it. Mostly just from the effect of peroxide on navy blue.

Moar, Moar! Thank you. Here I am thinking I'm going all vanilla and I have more compliments than my spoon can handle.

Do I though? I remember being stopped in the street when I was blonde, but that was London. And the children I teach love the pink. I was going to go blue (I have the dye). Mebbe I'll hold back for a while.

The term I thing you're looking for is temporary dyspraxia or aphasia. For yourself I mean. Bad news is that it can be a precursor for many really nasty brain disorders. Good news is I get it occasionally when I have a migraine, or am ridiculously tired (awake over 40 hours etc) and I am hale and hearty. I have poor balance for example. Health Care Professionals were worried about me as a child. They poked me about every wat that was possibly legal and eventually concludede I had an ear problem, but not enough of one to spend any NHS money on.

Even now, I have my hair short because if I toss it out of my eyes when walking I veer into the road.
Check it out if it worries you - given that you pay for tests in America it's worth it for the peace of mind.

And start a new thread! My sparkling photos are being diminished by this chatter!

I have seen your hair in a lot of colors ... the blond is best, by far.

Thanks for the advice, ladies. I just had a pretty intense wave of dizziness, and a temporary throbbing and that "wahawahahhhhh" noise. Then I just busted out crying, for NO REASON. I'm upset about nothing! It was that "exhausted don't feel well" cry but where the hell did that come from? I went to bed at 9 pm last night, and fell right asleep.

If I don't feel better by Monday I'll make an appt.

Sorry for the temp-jack.

Yes, SG...the blonde sets off your skin and your eyes so well. You look wonderful.

Sounds like you may have some sort of infection. That exhausted don't feel well nearly crying thing suggests an infection to me anyway :P

Sundae Girl: I also like you as a blond best. Of course, you look cute in pink too. Since you already have the blue dye, why not try it one day? I would love to see it.

Shawnee: I don't know why you're not freaking worried! Get your ass to the doctor! Hell, now I'm worried for you. Keep us posted about your condition. I think many of us would like to know that you're okay.

Not much better today. Will have to call doc tomorrow.

I do thank you all for your advice and allowing my continued thread jack.

I keep begging for the leaving early part. I feel like I've put in my time. Grow old gracefully...hmmph, how the hell can we do that when our hormones are playing games with us?
