I have a beluga lentil burger recipe I've been meaning to try - is a good reminder.

vegetarian is fine as long as it's not trying to be something else... if you want bacon eat the bleeding bacon (it's the gateway meat mwhahahahah)

Don't get me wrong, I probably love all the ingredients in that burger.
But I see lentils I think dhal, not burgerer (although technically that makes it Kali Dhal)

If you add rolled oats to it then it would be Rolled Dahl.

Thanks folks, I'll be here all week, try the Giant Peach.

If you added some south american meat product to it....

You'd have a Rolled Dahl Llama

I'll get my coat,... there was a hat here somewhere...

Blimey.
I am delicate like a flower.
But I wouldn't advertise a desire for anal quite that openly.

Cheers though, made me giggle like a Japanese schoolgirl.

Those things are yummy! Hahahaha ha......I'm kidding. Did I make anyone cringe? :P Long ago when I first started to eat vegetarian, I ate these imitation stuffs. Some were okay, some weren't so tasty. None tasted like the meat/seafood counterpart though. Of course, I wasn't looking for imitation meat/seafood; I was looking for variety. Consequently, I didn't care for the taste nor were they healthy to eat. I still like my veggie burgers and hotdogs though.

I saw tinned vegetarian "duck" when I lived in Leicester.
I was on a budget (really, what a surprise?!) and it wasn't any cheaper than real duck. I bought neither. That might have been in the days before Jesus gave me an oven.

Even if I had all the money in the world I doubt I'd buy it now. I seem to remember it being very high in fat, for a start.
