Right, not GM, one of the many delicious alternative spuds which are hard to find. Fortunately a few pioneers like Albert Bartlett in Scotland, and the new interest of Black Gold Farms or Wada Farms in the US, are changing that.

Yeah, I've grown the purple ones here. I think I got them through Seeds of Change which would mean non-gmo. They are gorgeous.
