My brother got a call from his credit card because the suspected some bogus charges. He confirmed they were indeed bogus, so they deleted the charges from his balance, canceled his card, and promised to send a new card within a week. When he got the bill there were two bogus charges made the day they had called him, so he called and told them. They said he had to submit a notarized letter before they would fix it... but he could FAX the letter.
