i saw that live. it was awesome. almost as awesome as joe theismans's leg breaking....saw that live too......my nuts retreated into my body cavity.....

Why did I watch that again?

I do remember that Letterman featured a "Joe Theismann Pencil Sharpener" the following week. They had it set up so that his calf was the crank on the sharpener, and of course it just rotated around freely, like Joe's did.
