Everything seems to work fine from here.

The new edit format works better too.

Seems fine to me but I haven't really explored yet. I figure if UT thinks it's good, then I think it's great.
I really think now that I would participate in the Cellar even if it went to USPS corresondance. No shit. I love you guys/gals.

I'm getting error messages on some of the threads, I click on.
Some do, some don't. Some names I can click on and get the profile and some I can't.
I thought it might be a pop-up blocker problem, so I tried the ctrl key. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't?

BTW, did you notice Marv's post in today's Iota about having trouble reaching the Iota since Friday?

upon reflection, i think i liked the time and date showing on the post better the 'ago' stuff.

I like both, which is what appears beneath the 'Reply to Thread' screen.

They say it may take a day for some of the cached old scripts to go away, B.

Anyone else on the ago stuff? I'm looking for consensus here

I prefer the time stamp to the ago. But can adapt to the ago just fine if others prefer it.

Kinda weird, but I noticed that the buttons in the reply window seem to break when the "errors on page" notice is listed. Clicking on font buttons, smilies, etc, all result in nothing in both IE and Firefox.

I think it might be a java thing. Has anyone else experienced this?

I still like the "ago".

On another note, when I click on the Link icon while drafting a message, it only asks me for the URL, and not the text first, then the URL, as before. Am I doing something wrong, here?

Yeah, that's what I was talking about when I said I couldn't edit my posts. That seems to have gone away now, but I can't tell you why or how.

Care to share what version of Java you're running? I'm at 1.4.2 and I'm going to try upgrading to 1.5.06.

Well, that didn't do it. Still buttonless.

I'm running 1.5.06. I still am getting run time error messages, though, asking me if I want to debug. I just click "no." I do have my buttons and can edit my posts now. I don't know what changed, other than UT working some magic. But that magic should have worked for you too?

Your cache still contains old copies of scripts that have now changed. Clear your browser cache and start over, is my advice.

Sounds right. Once on another board someone told me, don't edit your post after a mod does. I'm thinking whf. Because the time stamps don't jive. Her browser wasn't refreshing at every visit to page. BTW, on some boards have made a post with name of program, and a mod ask, got a link? WTF! Google is " was" your friend.
