Toad, I didn't realize things were so bad out there. If you need real food, just ask us...we'll help you out...you should know that already.

Down the local main commericial street of my town, these little hispanic resturaunts offer deep fried bite-sized chunks of pork. It's layers of fat and meat, kind of like bacon only not cut in slices, rather in chunks.

Sprinkle on lots of salt... great stuff!

Yeasty popcorn! ummm. Was quite adicted to that at one point and the yeast gave me a healthy and glossy coat.

My latest is 1/2 stick of butter, and 1/2 c large grated Parm reggiano, salt and pepper. Chew on all kernals and lick bowl clean.

Bread. bread. cheese. bread. peanutbutter. bread. butter. bread. bread. crackers. cheese. repeat.

bacon bacon bacon

Ultra decadence:
Warm butter and maple syrup drenched french toast made with sliced cinnamon roll.

Cool guilty pleasures

These are called Chicharones. Usually made from the fat leftover from the pork used to make pasole. (At least at my house) Very yum.

Food Porn

Home made apple pie - with a warm filling made of soft, but firm, chunks of golden delicious apples and a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, covered with a crust that gives only the slightest bit of resistence as your fork enters it. Next to your generous slice of pie is a scoop of vanilla bean Haggan Daaz Ice cream just starting to melt a little from the inviting warmth right next to it.

They make it that way at Ruby's Diner ... King of Prussia Mall. It opens for breakfast before the mall starts business.
