My dad's a Harley man. He just back from doing the dragon on his brand new bike - got rid of the roadking for something a little easier on my mom's ass...

BigV and xoB, you're partially right.
Those are vdub heads on a beemer motor, and trany (note the shaft drive) in an Indian frame. At least that's what I was told, I'm not a biker. The way I drive I need four wheels under me.
Apparently this guy is a beemer man, threw this all together, and has been riding it for years! I was told he's put over 300,000 miles on it.

I don't know much about 2-wheelers.
Now that you mention it, that pulley/distributor configuration *does* look like the back of a bug. Maybe he mated it to the trany.
