your dedication to your team is commendable.

(secret message to guys below)

Yo. do whatever you have to do to get your lady into fantasy football. They actually start to like the competition, and get to know players.....then they take an interest in the games......pretty soon, you find that she's tuning into the Sunday night game with out you having to promise to clean the gutters! amazing.

I don't want the gutters cleaned anyway. I want them replaced.

This was the first year I have not played in money games. I think that had an affect on my draft and my participation in this thing. No skin in the game makes it easier to forget.

I always play in money games, but you know what. I find them just as competitive without.
I take 1st in over 50% of money games, and I win at least half of them, so the same income comes my way each season.
This league here, is a tad different. By no mean would I forget it.
Maybe I enjoy it even more.
With money down, it seems more of an obligation then enjoyment.

Yes! And you'll note, you predicted I'd be 0-16 for the season, but so far I'm 2-5, which is better than or equal to three other teams in the league, all of whom chose their players by more traditional (pah!) methods.

It makes sense.
Even really bad teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers got a few wins last year.
Did you have any idea how good Plexico was when you picked him?
You should have picked up Gore at RB, he certainly has a name, and ability.

Meh, if one of them was a contender for President the name can't be that weird... I did not know Plaxico was any good, though I had heard the name before. I used to work on a football videogame at one point, so I was familiar with most of the weirder names because we had to help the voicetalent figure out how to pronounce them.

Baseball's awesome for names too. Like Coco Crisp, Milton Bradley...
