its from the episode Gridlock, with the monstrous traffic jam, if i'm not mistaken
...though in another episode (the 1012 olympics episode, Fear Her, i think) i distinctly remember the doctor saying he's very much not a cat person

Ah well in another life Eccleston was Dougal Siepp who ran a Cat Theatre, so it makes sense.
