Eh hem... According to my recently rehired elf who's job is still tenuous, the gift was delivered several days ago (Fed Ex has confirmed). I'm hoping it wasn't delivered to the wrong place

I know my SS gift is on the way, but I just received the card. And it is personalized!! Very, super cool.
 Thank you very much, Sundae.  I reduced the sized but is having trouble uploading the pictures of the card. I will try again later.

My/our gift arrived today. Apparently this is now a team effort here.
First the opened box ... then came a nice card ... and then the gift ... which was perfect for us. We both got our own flashlights. There was also a wonderful & personal note ++ Thank you, BusterB! Merry Christmas!

Non-Secret Santa presents:
I don't usually publicly tell the general Cellar when someone on here has been good to me. Carruthers for example has helped me endlessly, especially with getting to essential appointments which have fallen perilously close to the day official funds hit my account. But this year I've made out like a bandit, so I want to give some payback in the only way I can. TWO presents from Limey. The first a goodie selection of toiletries from Arran. Absolutely perfect for my trip to London and means I can keep some of the money I would otherwise have spent on my Boots gift card (from my Godfather) for 2016. Oh and they all smell divine. And today I picked up a calendar of rowers. Male rowers, from Warwick University. Naked male rowers from Warwick University. I haven't even looked at them all yet. Not enough anyway. Gosh. From Carr, my official present (aside from all the "help" I've had recently, especially when I was in hospital) was two books on America and a DVD boxset. The books are definitely coming to London with me. From Bruce, a sum of money to treat myself to a good lunch. It did. A very good lunch. For the rats and me. A phone call from DanaC, who I don't hear enough from, because we're both as poor as church mice with holes in their little mouse pockets, and can never synchronise our telephone allowance. We had a lovely chat and hope to meet up in the New Year. Again, if we can synchronise our payment schedules! And finally my Secret Santa - Clodfobble. I promise to get a photo on here asap. Six (count 'em, SIX) beautiful scarves. All varied in colour and pattern. And a beautiful card with such a lovely, personal sentiment it brought tears to my eyes. Another gift that will be travelling with me as I go tomorrow. And thank you to the whole Cellar for your kind words, deeds and actions throughout this year. I can honestly say it has been the worst of my life. But without y'all I wouldn't be facing 2016 with hope, or perhaps even at all. Love you.
