At first I am not sure what I am seeing. I ask myself, "Is it my cat asleep on the window seal?" I take a progression of photos just to make sure I capture the close up before she turns her head.

That's adorable sky! It's akin to falling asleep on the couch while watching TV.

Oh and btw...I want your house.

hehe I do that!

I love my floor to ceiling windows too.

p.s. Don't love it too much. I pay half my income for it but it is worth it.

Another reason I love the place so much is the Canada geese.
I have a video of them but I am not able to upload it.They are is less than two yards from my patio door.

They graze like cows! I found it amusing.

Sky, my Bombay, Slick, sleeps quite often with the middle of his 'forehead' pressed up against, or into, some object or another. A lot of times sitting up, just like in your pics!

Choc, not normally a dog fan but I love the protective element of your dog.

Sky (and Grav) Diz is happiest dozing with his nosie buried in something.
It used to be Dylan's fur () but these days a crook of my body will suffice.
I've turned him round and upside down and basically manhandled him before - he is a very passive cat for those things - only to have him switch from trying to bunny kick me, to falling asleep, legs akimbo, just because he nose is pressed against me.

Bloody hell, I hope Dylan is doing the same thing somewhere with someone. Just wish it was with me.

lovely lovely pets!

I'll be keeping my eyes open for either a true Siamese or Oriental, or possibly a male orange tabby, which in my experience tend to be super lovey.

I'm not in a hurry. I figure what will come, will come. My remaining kitty, Miles, I think likes being an only cat. But I don't like it! He's pretty clingy, and having a companion keeps him diverted.

On a weird note, I have two litterboxes, and Miles is now using one for No. 1; and the other for No. 2. If I get another cat, that will go by the wayside, but tough.

Della at the lake. She went for a swim and then rolled around in the sand...

The Diz cat forgetting his tongue is out and looking silly as a result.

Question for cat owners (esp pedigree cat owners I guess) - look at his nostrils. He seems to get a build-up of black stuff. Sometimes it comes loose and occasionally it falls off, or he swipes it off with his paws and the result is slightly raw (left side as you look at the photo). Anyone else encountered this? Should I worry?
