I like that one.

I've always liked the concept of "infinite monkeys with infinite typewriters could write Shakespeare. We've got three."

I don't like the repetition of Cellar and cellar.org right next to each other. I would just go with cellar.org.

I really like that. maybe try it without capitalizing the C so much. I would also consider whether the typewriters are really important. They kind of look unidentifiable and may be even more so, on a T-shirt.

i've been trying to comply with requests from various peopls. some like the typwriters, some don't.

my personal favorite is this one:

for what it's worth. front print only. no pocket. long sleeve. black with white logo.....

here's the last one on a shirt:

You could have 2 designs.

I like the frog one you just posted the best. I wouldn't change it.

Also, LJ you never told me whether or not I could pick a shirt and send it to the printer guy. And could I specify where I want the logo on the shirt?

i am waiting for him to call me back..apparently, he lent his cell phone to an employee, and hasnt checked his office vm yet.

i have ringer tees on my list of questions for him. ...if he says he can't provide them, i'll ask about providing them for him. I'll also ask the logo location question, but my guess would be that they will have to be in the same spot on all of the shirts.

minimum order is 36 per design, but as long as we need 72 shirts, that's fine by me. i'd like to have both sleeve lengths, and if they have different logos, more the better.

I agree. I will buy 2 either way, but it would be neat to have 2 different logos. Not completely necessary, though.

I spoke to george tonight ( the shirt guy)
He is extremely flexible with what kind of shirts we can get, as long as the art is the same and in the same place, so if you have specific desires like ringer t's or pocket t's, there's no problem getting them. the numbers i put up earlier were based on basic t shirts......IOW, customization of shirt types and color is ok, but it might cost just a little more. Those that insist on pocket t's might have to give up the front logo.

He reviewed the currently leading logos (8,9 on the poll) and says while they appear to be one color, they are both going to have to be done in 2 color ( white, grey) to convey the detail we're using. So, while we can choose individual colors, they'll have to be "all darks" or "all Lights" so that the ink(s) can all be the same color.

I'll be getting together with him mid-next week to look at the shirt qualities, get firm pricing, and color/shirt type availability. After which I will create an order form, and post it so that all of the orders can be tracked back to the orderer without having to weed through these 2 threads. If we can get our shit together quickly at that point, we'll get them in before he hits his busy season in mid april.

stay tuned
