My gift arrived! At first, I was very confused, because it just came to the house direct from the manufacturer. I order all my Christmas gifts online, so this week we've had packages arriving every day, and I was worried to receive something from a company I'd not ordered anything from. When I called them, however, they told me the name of the person who had actually placed the order, and then all became clear.

I am now the proud owner of a snuggly, custom-printed sweatshirt. [Insert here: classic internet promise of photos coming soon; i.e. when I get around to it.] If I'm lucky, the temperatures will finally drop low enough for me to use it sometime in January. Afternoons are still in the 70s here, which is ridiculous even for Texas.

Thank you to my secret Santa, whose identity isn't secret but whose gift is much appreciated! Merry Christmas!

My gift was sent today. I know I'm running late, but it's not easy to ship packages from a truck stop.

They said it should be there by Saturday at the latest, so if it's a little late, I'm sorry!

I was someone's elf, and asked"my" elf to send a gift to someone who needs Santa's cheer more than me. And then another elf appeared for me

I didnt want to sound stupid, but my "translator" went on vacation, so I'm just gonna say it. What do you mean here? Does it mean you asked your Santa to send your gift to another person, but then someone else stepped up to send you a gift?
