I stayed as a guest with a family in Germany who lived right next to a graveyard. Lots of the graves had little lights on them (it wasn't All Saints' Day) - I thought it looked peaceful and friendly.

Our party house/crash pad is right across the street from the city cemetery (where I occasionally worked in days gone by).
They're wonderful neighbors. Never complain about the noise/music...
