You want quizzes, you have to give us quizzes, Rhi!
That's the General Idea [snicker]

Oh, BTW, want to meet up in Glasgow in December? Even if just for a coffee, although you're welcome to the whole B&B-pantomime-dinner experience of course.
I know you are quite a private person, so be assured that although I take hundreds of photos you do not have to be in them, and/or I will not post them on here. Ditto real name/ personal circumstances. Many of us on here know a lot more about eachother's personal lives than we let on.

Check the GTG (getogether) thread for details, or PM DanaC, Limey or me.

It can be difficult, awkward at least, for me to get away from here for more than an hour or so at a time and I promise you that I'm as dull in real life as I am on here anyway. I hope you all have a great time.

Every wonder what the General Mood was like?

He's like, "That's it Syria. I'm outta here."

Quote:
The United Nations is suspending its observer mission in Syria because of growing violence there. The official announcement came today from the head of the mission, General Robert Mood. The statement released from U.N. headquarters in Damascus cited rising violence over the past 10 days, and charged that both parties - the Syrian military and the armed rebels, known as the Free Syrian Army - are putting civilians lives at risk - and the lives of their monitors. NPR's Deborah Amos is in Damascus. Deborah, thanks for being with us.

The mission to observe the violence is being suspended because of the violence?
wait what?
Well at least its conclusive - there is violence.

flailingpresent participle of flail (Verb)
Verb:
Wave or swing or cause to wave or swing wildly.
Flounder; struggle uselessly: "I was flailing about in the water".

Yes, but the Syrian Government want us to think it's tribal violence/ terrorism. They didn't order no attacks and if anyone was attacked they were at home with their Mum that night anyway and she'll say so. So there. They didn't attack no-one and the tank tracks prove it because terrorists all steal tanks and you know it.
