Water

My dog, Dotty came in wet. So I guess it was a thunderstorm that passed. I've not seen rain in five weeks, so I'm just guessing.

Yesterday and today gave us a 2.5" total rain. Still about 15" short.

Meanwhile, Queensland got drenched 300mms or over 11.5" in 48 hours. Mother Nature is a bit screwy at the moment.

Yeah, Mother Nat. is being a beeeyotch around here. Five weeks of stultifyingly hot and humid weather (90 degrees, 70% humidity) with one day that poured two inches of rain on our parched heads in a few hours. We won't have an autumn...again

Just when they're about to declare a drought here in the St. Louis area, Mother Nature hands us a fuckton of rain. Unfortunately, she's been making a bit of a mess recently...like Friday.

Drier than a popcorn fart here. I just got though working all afternoon in the yard. 'tis sad when even the weeds are dying.

I've begun to fall into the assumption that it's never rained here in the entire history of there ever being a 'here,' no matter the fact that every day is humid like a witch's tit

Well. The kitchen door has expanded and won't open. Think a screw has worked loose due to dry weather and hanging on striker plate.
Oh well just knock the damn pins out and see what happens.
