pepper picture is of an orange bell pepper. I cut the top off and this time I cut a little high, keeping some of the stem. it was pretty, so (naturally!) I took a pitchur.
I reach inside and take out the seed section then slice the remaining pepper for whatever I'm making... pizza in this instance.
