I'd actually never kept track of how long I spend...but I'd say, aside from cycling or hikes, never more than 3 hours. That seems a bit vain but if I didn't do that much exercise I'd blow a gasket.
I ran for an hour today after not having run for 6 months or so. Felt so good. |

Hmm....I am erratic, I don't really follow any kind of regime. I eat what I want to for a while, then i try to eat healthily for a while....then I get bored and go back to my diet of chinese take outs and supernoodles.
I don't do any 'formal' exercise, but I walk a lot. I also tend not to be still for any great length of time, unless I am working on the computer (doing an essay, or avoiding doing an essay by mucking about in the cellar). I don't do drugs...much. I drink too much. I smoke intermittently. I try to avoid too much stress......but seem to find myself in stressed situations anyway. I spend a fair amount of time by myself when i feel the need to. I spend time with friends and family when I want to. I play with my dog a lot. |

When I visit my MIL in the NC tobacco fields, I don't walk for the entire time I'm there. It sucks. Rural people are fatter than city people, on average. |

My bad, I didn't mean everyone meant like cardio walking around a city park or something. I just meant, basic locomotion walking. I didn't get it was the cardio walking. I'm in college, at a Big 10 university. I do plenty of walking just to see friends and go to class.

Right now I am in a good situation. I don't work out as much as would like too because throughout high school I worked out basically everyday for 2+ hours for football and I've kind of burnt myself out from it but I will go everyonce in a while. But I play raquetball 2-4 times a week which gets pretty intense and then, now that it is nice oustide, I will go outside whenever I can.
I live on one of the biggest campuses in the world so I regularly walk 2-5 miles a day depending on what I do so I will burn a lot of calories that way. When I go home for the summer I will have to think of some way to help stay in shape, probably start lifting again. For food, I don't have much choice since I already paid to eat at our dining hall (you have to if you live in a dorm) and if I eat in the dorm or out the food usually isn't that great so I don't have that working for me but I don't eat horribly. Basically, I just eat whatever but don't go overboard and then I will try to be active, more than walking, at least 3-4 times a week. Everyone is different though. |

My exercise routine is awesome!
I have this handy 22-lb. weight that I take everywhere with me, and I repeatedly lift it up and down all day long. Whenever I put it down, it immediately starts moving and I have to chase after it. It also regulates my diet by demanding half my food off my plate, and only giving me a few minutes to eat what's left before it's time to get back to lifting. I'm telling you, my arms and legs have actual muscular definition to them. I am in the best shape of my life, no doubt about it. |

If someone brings me one...otherwise, I'd rather splurge on dark chocolate during PMS bouts.

For me, real life is much less stressful than being a student. I leave work at work. Relax at home. No homework hanging over my head. No major papers due in a month.
