Maybe this is something we should ask Flippant, but why would she feel the need to create an alter-ego in California who pretends not to know Mari? I'm not trying to beat this to death, but I just don't get it.

Flippant should really speak for herself. I think she wanted to create someone who was her polar opposite in every possible way. I suppose she might explain more when she next views this thread. Or maybe not. I can't speak for her. If you'd like Buddha to give a few comments that can be arranged. BTW, you'll notice that Buddha has avoided this thread like the plague.

Actually Mari, your story doesn't hold water for another reason: Atropos' Last post.

According to the member's list, Atropos' last post was at 12:55 am today.
According to the members list, Marichiko's last few posts were, in order,
1:08am, 1:43pm, and 2:17pm.

If it was a case of "she didn't log out of her screen name", as you suggest, that mistake would have been on the 1:08am post today, not one 3 posts after, this afternoon.

I'm confused about others being confused. On my machine post #174 in this thread has Marichiko's name on it. Jinx's screenshot has post #174 attributed to Atropos. Can you change the author of a post after the fact? If not, how come I see Marichiko and Jinx sees Atropos?

Maybe because Mari went back and deleted the post with Atropos' name on it, and then resubmitted it with her own name on it? Jinx happened to catch it when it still had Atropos' name on it. But then wouldn't Mari have to have Atropos' password? I'm getting a headache.

As fishy as this smells, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities for Flippant and/or Mari to use multiple screen names...because they're weird like that.

And they wouldn't be the first ones to do so...the owner of this board has a second screen name, though he hasn't used it recently, from what I've seen.

Having just re-read everything, it would seem that the absolute worst case scenario is that Mari has a user ID called "atropos" and isn't being truthful about it. That would be stupid, but in the grand scheme of things, it's not a big deal. You, on the other hand, have repeatedly shown that you're a useless piece of shit. However, you did take a small step today towards accountability by admitting that you have been "kind of nasty." Now, don't go straining your arm patting yourself on the back, but there may actually be hope for you yet.

Jinx's little page shot gave me an idea, so here you go. Now I suppose in theory I could have sent myself PM's from myself while I was pretending to be Flippant or Atropos, but if you all believe that then you need to take your tinfoil hats in for a return on your money.
